Kids Kickboxing

 

We offer kickboxing lessons for youngsters from 5 years. To be able to teach in a pedagogically responsible manner, we have divided the youth into four groups:

- Super Hero Kids Kickboxing from 5 to 6 years old

- Super Hero Kids Kickboxing from 7 to 8 years old

- Kids Kickboxing from 8 to 12 years old

- Kids Kickboxing from 12 to 17 years old

 

At Super Hero Kids Kickboxing, the game is introduced to martial arts and the associated greeting, respect and discipline. With the super heroes, balance, concentration and cooperation games are also done. At Kids Kickboxing a traditional kickboxing training is given in which technique and condition are mainly discussed. There is training in sportswear and barefoot. The children train with boxing gloves S-L or 8oz-10oz and shin guards. When purchasing a subscription, you must purchase the supplies yourself. Kickboksen 18+  

Group Training Zuid offers various kickboxing training:

- Technical training - Bag training

- Technique & Bag training

- Ladies Only Beginners

- Ladies Only Advanced

 

The training courses are accessible to everyone. Every trainer makes the training fun and keeps the exercises varied. Use is made of the stair cushion, the punching bag and there is training with each other to learn the different (acquisition) techniques. On the mat you appear barefoot in sportswear, including boxing gloves and shin guards. For women the directive is boxing gloves of 12oz and for men 14-16oz. When purchasing a subscription, you must purchase the supplies yourself.

Pink Boxing

Pink Boxing is exclusively for women and is the perfect workout to stay in shape, lose weight and / or improve fitness. Pink Boxing offers the best of two disciplines: Advanced boxing techniques, without any physical contact, combined with functional circuit training. Pink Boxing also has the perfect balance between hard training and lots of fun. Is challenging, cool, hip but above all accessible to a wide audience. Training takes place in sportswear and barefoot or boxing shoes with a white sole. For women, the guideline is 12oz boxing gloves. Indoor Bootcamp

Indoor Bootcamp is a high intensity training that uses attributes (such as weights, kettlebells and tubes) and your own body weight. The focus is on strength, coordination and balance. Indoor Bootcamp is suitable for different training and fitness levels. A variant of this discipline is Booty Burn Bootcamp where the emphasis is on legs and buttocks.

Barre

The Barre lesson is a workout based on ballet exercises and contains elements of pilates and strength training. The workout is suitable for young and old, trained and untrained. You don't need a ballet background. Training takes place on bare feet or socks. The training promises better endurance, more elegant movement, better posture and longer muscles.

Senior Fit

An all round lesson for the 55 plus group! Strength and cardio exercises are alternated in a pleasant way, whereby personal attention is central. Balance and stability exercises are frequently discussed.
